Highlights from Augusta University’s first Christmas tree lighting

Thursday, Dec. 3 marked a historic evening for Augusta University. Not only was it the university’s first Christmas tree lighting under its new name, but it was also Dr. Brooks Keel’s first Christmas tree lighting as the university’s president.

Festivities included taking photos with Santa, caroling with the Augusta University choir and brass band and riding a trolley across campus.
