Augusta University raises over $375,000 through annual IGIVE fundraising campaign

Nearly 1,500 Augusta University employees showed their Jaguar pride by supporting the 2023 IGIVE campaign with donations totaling $376,148, an increase of $17,673, or 5%, over the previous year’s campaign and an 8% increase (118) in number of donors.

More than 60 departments went above and beyond with 100% of their staff giving to the annual campaign.

“I would like to thank the many Augusta University employees whose generosity will directly impact our students, patients, colleges, programs and services,” said Brandon T. McCray, vice president for Development in Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement. “I also want to acknowledge our university leaders for exemplary giving this year. I challenged this group to make leadership gifts, and many met the challenge. As employees of Augusta University, we are ambassadors of this excellent institution and when we give back, it inspires our alumni, donors and the community to give as well.”

The list of all the departments with 100% participation is available on the IGIVE website.
