Augusta University faculty, staff invited to virtual writing retreat, mentorship webinar

The Augusta University Center for Writing Excellence will host a virtual faculty/staff writing retreat from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 5 over Zoom. At the retreat, guests can work on their writing projects in a supportive group environment.

The CWE will also host a faculty webinar, “Mentoring Graduate Writers,” from 6-7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 16 over Zoom. Presenters will provide tips for commenting on graduate writing effectively and efficiently and will discuss ways to build healthy mentor relationships with graduate writers.
