Augusta University Child Care Center pre-k applications available now

Parents who wish to enroll their child in the AU Child Care Center pre-k program may pick up an application at the center or have the application e-mailed to them. Deadline for submitting applications is March 16, 2018.

Deadline for submitting the required documentation is Mar. 23, 2018.  Required documentation includes the following:

    • Proof of Residency
    • Birth Certificates (no copies)
    • Social Security Card (copy)
    • Current Immunization
    • Form 3300 (Eye, Ear, Dental and Nutrition)

Parents with questions should call the center at 706-721-4171.
