Augusta men’s basketball to host walk-on tryout Sept. 22

The Augusta men’s basketball team is hosting a walk-on tryout from 4-5 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 22 at Christenberry Fieldhouse. Any current Augusta University student interested in joining the team will have an opportunity to showcase their skills in front of the men’s basketball coaching staff.  

Each participant should be dressed in appropriate basketball attire and should bring a completed sickle cell test waiver and proof of a physical exam within the last six months. 

Participants must email Zach Tinkham, assistant coach, in advance of the tryout to confirm attendance.
