Armstrong appointed Chair of English and Foreign Languages

Dr. Rhonda Armstrong has been appointed Chair of the Department of English and Foreign Languages in the Katherine Reese Pamplin College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences.

Armstrong, who served as interim department chair since 2015, has been with the university since 2009, when she joined the faculty as an assistant professor of English. She has a doctorate in American Studies from Saint Louis University, a Master of Arts in American Studies from Saint Louis University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Western Kentucky University.
