Augusta University has begun the process to develop the next iteration of the AU Strategic Plan, a large-scale, comprehensive effort to lay out the strategic priorities and organizational goals that will set the course for our institution’s future.
Under the leadership of President Brooks Keel and Provost Gretchen Caughman, over the next 10 months hundreds of stakeholders from across our campuses, clinical sites and community will be asked to provide input to help us chart our best future. Seven teams have been formed around different functional areas whose members will be reaching out to gather the best ideas from a wide range of internal and external constituents.
“This strategic plan is how we will tell the world what’s important to us,” said Keel. “It’s our roadmap to the future, and it’s how we make sure our ambitious vision becomes more than just words. If you are contacted, I encourage you to get involved.”
The new plan will be finalized during the fall term 2017.
