Update issued for password change

To those of you who have already changed your Augusta University Net ID password as requested, THANK YOU!

If you have not had an opportunity to change your Net ID password since 10:00 pm on Friday, please take a moment to do so as soon as possible. Simply open you browser and visit password.augusta.edu. You will first be asked to login using your old password and then be presented with the opportunity to change your password.

Due to the volume of requests being submitted through password.augusta.edu, not all systems are updating immediately as a new password is submitted.  Once you have designated your new password on this site, please continue to utilize your old password until the system(s) you are accessing report a password failure.  Once you receive a notification that your password is no longer valid, you can then enter your newly created password in order to maintain access.

Although our traditional 24/7 Help Desk at 706-721-4000 and 706-721-7500 remains available to assist you with any technical support needs, a special Command Center has been set up to assist with password related concerns. If you have questions or need assistance with your password, please contact the Command Center at 706-721-7455.
