Augusta University is a rapidly growing and highly complex institution. In an effort to ensure that we are operating as efficiently and effectively as possible, I am restructuring the reporting relationships in a few of our operational areas.
Effective immediately:
- Mr. Tony Wagner, EVP for Finance and Chief Financial Officer, will continue his good work in managing our enterprise’s finances, our police department and CEPAR.
- Dr. Karla Leeper will assume the newly created role of EVP for Operations. This role will oversee several of our enterprise’s shared services areas including the Division of Communications and Marketing, Human Resources, Facilities and Auxiliary Services.
- Mr. Dale Hartenburg will assume the role of Interim Chief Auxiliaries Officer.
I appreciate your support for these leaders as they transition into their new roles.
