We’re counting on you to help prevent the spread of flu

flyer fluIt’s that time of year again. Flu season. Not only does the spread of flu cause employees to miss work, but the flu can be extremely harmful to our patients as well.

Therefore, a special visitor’s policy has been implemented to try to limit patients’ exposure to the flu.

Visitors will be restricted if they are 18 or younger, have a fever or a respiratory illness and are not a parent, guardian or primary care family member.

Signs have been posted at key areas throughout the hospital, but it’s up to all of us to make sure our hospital remains as germ-free as possible.
