Price changes coming July 1 on leased copiers 

Effective July 1, 2021, black and white copies will be 2 cents each and color copies will be 10 cents. Please note that this charge only applies to the 360 business copiers that are part of the lease program at Augusta University.

This half-cent increase is the first rate change in 15 years, according to Steven Nunn, director of Copy and Print Services, which manages the copier fleet for the university.

The departmental copier program utilizes PaperCut Print Management software that can offer tools to help improve security, control cost and reduce the environmental impact of printing.
