Match Day 2018: In pictures

On Friday, March 16, 210 students from the Medical College of Georgia, including 176 from Augusta and 34 from the AU/UGA Medical Partnership in Athens, received their residency appointments.

As of Match Day, 98 percent of MCG graduates matched with a residency, with 25 percent of the class remaining in Georgia for their first post graduate year and 20 percent remaining for their second post graduate year and beyond.

Overall, students matched to programs in 32 states in 22 specialties.
