Understanding the importance of digestive health when dealing with constipation

Did you know that constipation affects an estimated 42 million people every year? Not only that, constipation doesn’t mean the same thing to everyone, and having it can raise your risk of conditions like hemorrhoids.

Dr. Satish Rao, founding director of Augusta University’s Digestive Health Center and medical professor of gastroenterology at the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University, spoke with Men’s Health about the importance of digestive health.
