Save the Date: Neuroscience Symposium to be held on Jan. 12

The Neuroscience nurses of AU Health are sponsoring a Neuroscience Symposium Jan. 12, 2018, in the Augusta University Alumni Center.

The conference will cover a range of stroke topics including “Post Stroke Depression,” “Cerebral Salt Wasting” and more.

Open to all disciplines, the conference is a learning opportunity for nurses, physical therapists, occupation therapists, speech therapists, medical disciplines that care for stroke patients or any medical professional that would like more information on stroke and neurological care.

The conference begins at 7:30 a.m. with registration and breakfast, and will end at 4 p.m. after a survey. The event is free for AU Health employees.
