New web interface now available for Box Cloud Storage

Box has released an updated web interface for managing your Box cloud storage. The new interface provides an updated look with a clean layout and improved functionality to make it even easier to work in Box.

All Augusta University Box accounts will automatically move to this new interface on May 12. Starting May 3, users may opt into the new interface any time prior to May 12 when logging into Box. These changes will not affect the availability and use of Box Edit or Box for Office Online.

You will see the ‘Launch the New Box experience’ message window when you next log into Box. You may choose to try the new interface by selecting the appropriate “try it out button”, or choose to dismiss the message if you prefer to delay the experience until a later date. The message will reappear after 3-days giving you another option to switch to and try out the new interface.

If you are not already using the features and functionality of Box, we invite you to take this opportunity to do so. All current Augusta University faculty, staff and students have access to Box Cloud Storage with unlimited storage space. Please access Augusta University’s Box cloud storage.
