In 15 minutes, you could improve safety conditions for future patients. Here’s how

The following message was sent to all Augusta University Health medical personnel on Tuesday, June 28, by Dr. Kevin Dellsperger, chief medical officer of Augusta University Health.

The survey below is intended for direct care providers, ancillary staff and personnel only. Staff or personnel without patient care responsibilities are not required to complete the survey.

Augusta University Health professionals, we need your help!

Please take a moment to respond to a survey that will help us address critical patient safety and quality care issues at AU Medical Center. An outside company, The Patient Safety Group, is administering the survey, so you can rest assured your responses will remain anonymous.

It is vital that we have broad employee participation so we have accurate information about attitudes and perceptions of patient safety in our institution. The survey should take 10-15 minutes to complete, and survey responses cannot be tied to any individual.

Attending physicians should choose “Medical Staff” and residents should choose “House Staff.” If your department is not listed, choose the department most closely aligned with your department.
