Medical Ethics Lunch and Learn explores communicating bad news

Dr. Sabina Widner from the Department of Psychological Sciences will be presenting “Communication and Delivering Bad News,” a Medical Ethics Lunch and Learn program from noon to 1 p.m. at the Butler Room in the Jaguar Student Activity Center on Thursday, Feb. 25.

The presentation and discussion will focus on the broad ethical principles involved in delivering bad news to patients and will share some practical tips and resources to help make these types of difficult conversations easier.

Bring your lunch, bring a friend and be ready to learn — the presentation is free and open to all.
