University Signage = Ensures that Augusta University signage meets quality standards of aesthetic appeal, uniformity, and simplicity, while being highly functional in providing necessary information. Please note that nothing in this policy is to be construed as preventing faculty from posting appropriate material(s) to their doors.

University Vehicle Operator – Establishes a policy on the use of University-owned, rented or leased vehicles, and the transporting of employees and students, as well as minimum requirements for authorized operators of University vehicles.

University Fleet Fueling – Establishes the proper procedure for fueling fleet vehicles owned by Augusta University.

4. University Utility Vehicles—provides for the proper procedure for the acquisition and safe use of utility vehicles on the Augusta University campuses.

5. Criteria to Surplus or Purchase Vehicles—intent of this policy is to provide Augusta University faculty and staff guidance regarding the salvage/surplus of University vehicles and instructions on requesting fleet vehicle replacement.

6. Shared Sick Leave Program Policy—provides a means for University System of Georgia employees to donate paid sick leave to a shared leave pool and for fellow employees who meet the eligibility provisions set forth in this policy to request leave from the pool.
