Meet the RWSH Nurse of the Year honorees

The health care team at Roosevelt Warm Springs Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospitals recently celebrated National Nurses Week and named two Nurse of the Year honorees: Anna Stonecipher, Nurse of the Year for the Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital, and Teresa Birks, Nurse of the Year for the Long-Term Acute Care Hospital. Nurses play an important role in Warm Springs in helping patients get back to quality living.

All RWSH Nurse of the Year Nominees included: Jessica Arnold, RN; Clinical and Staff Educator Tabitha Gordy, RN; Infection Control and Employee Health Nurse Wykeshia Farley, RN; Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital (IRH) Nurse Manager Anna Stonecipher, RN (IRH Nurse of the Year); Teresa Birks, LPN, LTAC Licensed Practical Nurse (LTAC Nurse of the Year); Shea Davis, RN; LTAC Registered Nurse Demetria Thompson, LPN; IRH Licensed Practical Nurse Jada Smith, RN; IRH Registered Nurse Amy Dunn, RN; Director of Case Management and Nurse Practitioner Christine Breeden.
