Local middle schoolers to run cross country drills with Augusta Jags

What: The Augusta University Track and Field teams will host a community engagement event to teach local middle schoolers the basics of cross country. The how-to practice and drill-oriented session will last for 45 minutes, followed by a 15-minute Q&A session.

Where: Academy of Richmond County outdoor track, 910 Russell St.

When: 3 p.m. Saturday, March 5
