Update: AU Comprehensive Administrative Review

Huron presented the first draft of the AU CAR report to Executive Cabinet on November 8, 2018.

As we anticipated, the first draft did not reflect the complexities of AU given that we are a multi-affiliate organization. Huron discussed how they could improve the report to make it as useful as possible with the Executive Cabinet. Ultimately, there are four parts to the report, including a Spend Analysis, an analysis of our organizational Spans and Layers, results from the employee Activity Assessment, and the Opportunity Identification.

Once a final report is received from Huron, the report evaluation team will review the information and make recommendations to the President.

Given the updates Huron needs to make, we may not receive the final report until after the New Year. Please continue to check the AU-CAR website for the latest information.

Sincerely,

The AU-CAR Core Team
