Considering a keto diet? There may be some drawbacks.

Yahoo Lifestyle recently picked up a Men’s Health article comparing the paleo and keto diets, and Men’s Health brought in some experts for their opinions. Andy Yurechko, MS, RD, at Augusta University Medical Center gave his input regarding some drawbacks to the keto Diet.

Yurechko says that lack of fiber is the biggest concern for keto fanatics, and that doing keto for more than a few weeks could lead to other nutrient deficiencies.
