Step 1. Decorate. Step 2. Win trophy. Step 3. Brag, brag, brag.

Is your office the most spirited at Augusta University? It’s time to prove it, and winners will have bragging rights for the next year.

The inaugural homecoming office decoration competition will begin on Feb. 1, and offices must be decorated and ready for judging by Feb. 5.ย  The winner will be announced and awarded at halftime of the men’s basketball game on Feb. 10.

Judging will be based on:

  • Use of the theme: “Augusta University Under the Big Top!”
  • Use of white and blue colors
  • Use of our mascots “Augustus” and “Roary”
  • Augusta University name and/or images

The winner of the contest will receive a trophy that will travel to the winning departments from year-to-year. Judging will take place on Feb. 5 between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. Attendance is not required during judging. Interested departments can sign up for the competition by filling out an online form.
