When it comes to preparing for an emergency many people don’t know where to start. Some don’t start at all.

The Augusta University Office of Critical Event Preparedness and Response (CEPaR) has partnered with Do 1 Thing to help the community become better prepared for emergencies and disasters.

The program and resources brought by CEPaR and Do 1 Thing are easy to understand and easy to implement. The ease of the program helps you to take small steps that make a big difference in an emergency.

Do 1 Thing is a 12-month program that makes it easy for you to prepare yourself, your family and your community for emergencies or disasters.
