Visitation restrictions extended

The following communication was sent by Dr. Kevin Dellsperger:

It has been decided that visitation restrictions will be extended until May 1, 2017, as the organization is still experiencing a high volume of flu cases, as is the rest of Georgia. This extension will be reassessed just prior to the deadline. The goal is to provide a safe environment for our patients, visitors and staff and to help breakthrough transmission in our community.

Please remind our families and visitors that they can assist us by not bringing children under the age of 18 into the hospitals unless seeking medical care, and this prevents their children from serious complications should they contract the flu.
