Are you brave enough to visit Summerville’s spookiest spots?

Augusta University has a long and well-documented history of ghostly inhabitants, from Emily Galt, who reportedly haunts Bellevue Hall, to the Apple Pie Ghost, who according to the marker in the Arsenal Cemetery, was “killed by a cowardly assassin” before he could make it home for his favorite dessert.

On Thursday, Oct. 27, from 7-8 p.m., the Fourth Annual Shine a Light on Augusta University Ghosts tour allows those brave enough to attend to hear the stories and see the places where the Summerville Campus ghosts lived and now walk.

Bring a flashlight if you dare, and make sure children under 16 are accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
