Undergraduate Preview Day will be on Saturday, March 28, 2015. The Office of Academic Admissions is very excited about potential students being on campus as we welcome them to Jaguar Nation. Student Organizations are invited to attend the browsing session beginning at 11:45 AM in the Quad on the Summerville Campus. Families and students are eager to hear fom your organization, and the afternoon browsing session will be a great way for you to showcase the opportunities available to them.

Please be advised the browsing session will take place outdoors in the Quad. In the case of inclement weather, we will move indoors. Feel free to be creative and provide interactive activities for the prospective students and their guests at your table. We look forward to your participation and your creativity. As a thank you for your time, we will provide lunch for up to three of your representatives.  Click the link above to sign up.

AHA Heart Walk Transportation
GRU/GRHealth will be running shuttle service to/from this year’s AHA Heart Walk on March 7th !  If you’ve been to the walk before, you know how congested parking can be at the Greeneway when trying to get 5,000 participants into that space.  If you haven’t been to the walk, trust us, it’s a logistical nightmare!    We strongly recommend as many GRU/GRHealth Heart Walk participants as possible take advantage of our shuttle service on March 7th.

It’s as easy as:

  1. Drive downtown and park in the Annex I & II parking lots located on 15th St.  See attached map.
  2. Board one of the three, 55-passenger busses running between 7:00am-8:30am and leave the driving to them

The busses will park at the Greeneway and be available to take folks back to their cars beginning at 10am.  Busses will run until festivities are over and everyone has been returned to the Annex parking lots (approx. 11:30am).

Please direct any questions to Kelly Schulte at KSCHULTE@gru.edu or 706-721-9394.  Thanks to all of you for supporting GRU/GRHealth and AHA!!  Together, we’re going to ROCK THE HEART WALK!!
