A Toast to Augusta University celebrated university’s past, present and future

President Brooks Keel and First Lady Tammie Schalue celebrated the past, present and future of Augusta University with a toast on Sunday, Apr. 24.

Marking the kickoff of Inauguration Week, A Toast to Augusta University was also the debut of the university’s time capsule, which is set to be opened in 2028 to commemorate the university’s bicentennial.

After contributing to the time capsule, faculty, staff, students and members of the Augusta community raised their glasses to the university’s continued success and the hope for a brighter future.
